Working principle of compressed air precision filter:

1. Carrying compressed air containing harmful substances such as dust, oil, rust, and moisture, it enters the first stage filtration device of the compressed air filter.

2. When compressed air passes through the first stage cylindrical mesh filter element, agglomeration effect occurs, and larger particles will be adsorbed on the filter material, and water will condense into larger water droplets.

3. When entering the separation chamber, the compressed air velocity slows down, causing the particles to gather again and the water mist to condense on a honeycomb shaped water collector.

4. The water carrying impurity particles flows along the bottom to the drainage device and is discharged through automatic or electric drainage valves.

5. More than 95% of water droplets, oil, and large particles in compressed air have been filtered out by the first filter element, and the compressed air after the first stage of filtration enters the second stage filter element.

6. When compressed air passes through the fiber filter made of special cotton in the second stage, thousands of small vortices are generated, and the compressed air is accelerated dozens of times. The center of the vortex is like a tornado, forming a vacuum state. Water droplets that were not filtered out in the first stage are vaporized, converted, and filtered out again. At the same time, particles as small as 5 microns are completely removed by the second stage filter.
