Bag filter product introduction:

Bag filter is a liquid filtration device that can effectively remove particles of different sizes from liquids, thereby achieving the purpose of liquid filtration, purification, separation, and recovery. A bag filter mainly consists of three parts: a filter container, a support basket, and a filter bag. When using a bag filter to filter liquid, the liquid enters from the side or bottom inlet of the filter container, and is washed into the filter bag from above the filter bag supported by the mesh basket. The filter bag expands due to the impact of the liquid and the uniform pressure surface, causing the liquid material to be evenly distributed on the entire inner surface of the filter bag. The liquid passing through the filter bag is discharged through the bottom outlet of the filter along the metal support mesh basket wall. The filtered particles and impurities are trapped in the filter bag, completing the filtration process. In order to maintain the efficiency, smoothness, and filtration accuracy of the filter, as well as to ensure that downstream liquids are not contaminated, the machine should be stopped after running for a period of time. The end cover of the filter should be opened, the intercepted material and filter bag should be removed together, and a new filter bag should be replaced. The replacement cycle depends on the actual situation.
