    Description :

    Self cleaning filter product introduction:

    Self cleaning filter is a fully automatic online self-cleaning water filter, which is equipped with a set of stainless steel brushes, suction scanners, or a combination of wire brushes and suction inside the filter mesh. The above devices are driven by a reduction motor to rotate, and an electric drain valve is installed on the end cover or bottom of the filter. During work, turbid water enters through the inlet and filters out pollutants through a stainless steel wedge-shaped mesh. Purified water flows out from the outlet. When there is too much accumulation of dirt, it causes poor filtration and an increase in chamber pressure. When the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet water reaches a certain value (pre-set), the pressure difference switch sends a signal to the controller, which starts the reducer motor and drives the internal device to rotate and brush away or suck up dirt and impurities. At the same time, open the electric drain valve to discharge the dirt. The cleaning time is about 1 minute, and there is no need to cut off the flow during self-cleaning. The pressure loss of the drain does not exceed 0.05 MPa, and the flow loss does not exceed 1%. Brush filters overcome many disadvantages of traditional filtration products, such as small pollutant holding capacity, susceptibility to blockage by pollutants, need to disassemble and clean the filtering part, and inability to monitor the filter status. They have the function of filtering raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element. During cleaning and discharging, the system provides uninterrupted water supply, which can monitor the working status of the filter and has a high degree of automation. Covering various filtration precision requirements from 10um to 3000um, we provide customers with various water filtration equipment.

    Self cleaning filter product features:

    1. High strength 316L stainless steel (or alloy) sintered mesh with an accuracy of up to 2 microns is used. Through high-pressure backwashing at 2.0Mpa, the filter mesh is efficiently and thoroughly cleaned, and can be fully restored to its initial state. It can be used for life without the need for replacement.

    2. The intelligent differential pressure filter has an automatic retrieval function and automatically realizes the functions of sewage discharge and high-pressure backwashing through various retrieved data. It can cope with unstable water quality fluctuations, operate fully automatically, and does not require manual intervention.

    3. The control system is responsive, operates accurately, and has multiple setting functions for pressure difference, time, and manual operation. It can flexibly adjust the backwash pressure difference or time setting value according to different water sources and filtration accuracies.

    4. Backwashing without interrupting normal water production, continuous operation, stable and reliable.

    5. Backwash has a short duration and consumes only 0.001-0.002% of the normal water production, saving water, electricity, and energy.

    6. The structural design is compact and reasonable, with few vulnerable parts, no consumables, low operation and maintenance costs, and simple operation and management.

    7. Vertical or horizontal installation can be selected according to the installation site conditions, which is flexible and convenient.
