    Description :

      Pulse bag filter is a new type of bag filter developed on the basis of digesting and absorbing foreign technologies, combined with China's national conditions. It combines the advantages of chamber blowback and jet pulse bag filter, overcomes the shortcomings of insufficient jet blowback kinetic energy and jet pulse dust removal, and also overcomes the secondary dust removal phenomenon. The offline dust removal method has the characteristics of high dust removal energy, good dust removal effect, low system resistance, long filter bag service life, and high dust removal efficiency.

      Technical characteristics of pulse bag filter:

      1. No need for pre dust removal equipment, capable of processing up to 1000mg/m3 concentration of smoke and dust at once, with emissions less than 50mg/m3, and a simple process flow;

      2. There is no need for a spray pipe inside the bag room, and it is convenient to change bags outside the machine;

      Characteristics of pulse bag filter:

      1. The dust collector adopts step-by-step pulse dust removal technology, which overcomes the disadvantages of low emission concentration and low air leakage rate of traditional pulse dust collectors and box type back blowing dust collectors. It is suitable for flue gas purification and material recovery in industries such as metallurgy, building materials, cement, chemical, and power;

      2. The use of single pulse air jet to stop the furnace can achieve complete ash removal, prolong the ash removal cycle, reduce ash removal energy consumption, decrease pressure gas consumption, reduce filter bags, and correspondingly use pulse valves. The fatigue level doubles the service life of the filter bag and filter disc;

      3. Under normal operation of the system, the bag can be repaired and replaced in the continuous system fan. The filter bag mouth adopts an elastic rising ring with good sealing performance and reliability. The filter bag keel adopts a polyhedral shape, reducing the number of filter bags and keels, increasing the friction inside the bag, extending the service life of the bag, and promoting the unloading of the bag;

      Adopting the upper bag extraction method, the skeleton is removed after replacement, and the dirty bag is placed in the bottom ash bucket of the box and taken out through the feeding port, improving the working conditions of the bag.

      The box adopts an airtight design with good sealing performance. The sealing material of the inspection door is excellent, and kerosene leakage has been detected. The air leakage rate during the manufacturing process is low.

      4. The intake structure is compact and has low airflow resistance.

      When the pulse bag filter is working normally, the dusty gas enters the ash hopper through the air inlet. Due to the rapid expansion of the gas volume, some of the coarser dust particles fall into the ash hopper due to inertia or natural settling, while the rest of the dust particles rise into the bag chamber with the airflow. After being filtered by the filter bag, the dust particles are trapped on the outside of the filter bag. The purified gas enters the upper box through the inside of the filter bag and is then discharged into the atmosphere through the valve plate hole and exhaust outlet, thus achieving the purpose of dust removal. As the filtration continues, the resistance of the dust collector also increases. When the resistance reaches a certain value, the dust cleaning controller issues a dust cleaning command, first closing the lifting valve plate and cutting off the filtered airflow; Then, the dust cleaning controller sends a signal to the pulse solenoid valve. As the pulse valve sends high-pressure reverse airflow used for dust cleaning into the bag, the filter bag rapidly swells and produces strong shaking, causing the dust on the outside of the filter bag to shake off, achieving the purpose of dust cleaning. Due to the fact that the equipment is divided into several box areas, the above process is carried out box by box. While one box area is cleaning, the remaining box areas are still working normally, ensuring the continuous and normal operation of the equipment. The key to being able to handle high concentration dust is that the cleaning time required for this strong cleaning is extremely short (only 0.1-0.2 seconds for one spray).
