Chemical cooling water automatic filterWorking principle:
Fully automatic mechanical filter, self-cleaning filter, circulating water treatment, high quality, low price, lifetime warranty. After entering the filter, the water first passes through the coarse filter and then enters the fine filter chamber, where the dirt (as small as 2 μ m) is intercepted by the fine filter, and the effluent is purified water. Dirt accumulates on the fine filter screen, creating a pressure difference between the inner and outer surfaces of the filter. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value (such as 0.5kgcm2), the self-cleaning cycle is initiated. The differential pressure sensor sends a signal to the controller to trigger the opening of the flushing valve, so that the pressure inside the hydraulic motor chamber, the dirt collector, and the suction nozzle is reduced to communicate with the atmosphere. The pressure difference between the inner surface of the fine filter (sewage) and the outer surface of the fine filter (clean water) that causes the suction nozzle to move relative to each other. The strong suction force of the backwash water cleans the dirt on the filter relative to the suction nozzle and discharges it through the flushing valve. When the backwash water passes through the hydraulic motor, it drives the dirt collector to rotate, so that the suction nozzle can suck up and clean the dirt on the entire filter screen. When the filter screen is washed clean, the controller closes the flushing valve and the equipment automatically returns to the fully filtered state.
