Under the action of negative pressure inside the folding filter cartridge, the gas passes through the filter material from outside the cartridge and enters the cylinder. It then enters the clean air chamber and is discharged from the outlet. When the dust accumulates more and more on the surface of the filter material and the resistance increases (which can also be set by time), the pulse valve opens, and compressed air is directly sprayed into the center of the filter cartridge to sequentially pulse clean the filter cartridge, blowing away the dust trapped on the surface of the filter cartridge. Dust follows the main airflow and falls into the ash hopper under the action of gravity, restoring low resistance operation.

　　Working principle of filter cartridge dust collector:

　　After the dusty gas enters the dust collector under the guidance of the fan, due to the sudden expansion of the airflow end face and the effect of the airflow distribution plate, some of the coarse dust particles in the airflow settle into the ash hopper under the action of gravity and inertia force; Dust particles with fine particle size and low density enter the filtration chamber, and through the combined effects of Brownian diffusion and fiber interception, the dust settles on the surface of the filter cartridge. The purified gas enters the clean air chamber and is discharged through the air outlet and fan. The resistance of the filter cartridge dust collector increases with the increase of the surface area of the filter cartridge. When the resistance reaches a certain set value, a high-speed and high-pressure airflow is sprayed through the small hole of the spray pipe through the pulse valve of the blowback system for dust cleaning. At this time, the PLC program controls the opening and closing of the pulse valve. When the pulse valve is opened, the compressed air in the air bag is expanded through the Venturi tube and evenly enters the inside of the filter cartridge, creating a momentary positive pressure inside the filter cartridge and generating huge vibrations, causing the dust deposited on the filter material to fall off and fall into the ash hopper. The collected dust is discharged into the ash cylinder through the ash discharge valve. The upper row of filter cartridges will first undergo pulse blowback, and then the controller will select the lower row to repeat the pulse blowback process. Afterwards, this controller will continue to select other filter cartridges for pulse blowback operation in sequence.

　　1. The box and ash hopper are locked and leveled by positioning bolts, and welded on site without air leakage. 2. There shall be no air leakage between the pulse valve and the connecting pipe. 3. Installation of filter cartridge dust collector: First, open the side cover plate, remove the spray pipe, hold the upper opening of the filter cartridge with your hand, and fix the filter cartridge into the filter chamber through the frame; Then tightly fit the filter cartridge into the flower plate hole, tighten the bottom fixing bolt, and make the filter cartridge tightly fasten to the flower plate; Recheck the sealing between the cylinder mouth and the flower plate hole; Later, install the spray pipe, adjust the spray pipe to align the spray hole with the center of the filter bag opening, fix the nut on the spray pipe, and cover the cover plate.
