Description :
When installing the open type transformer, ensure that P1 of the upper shell corresponds to P1 of the lower shell on the same side, and P2 corresponds to P2 on the same side (as shown in Figure 1). The iron core of the open type transformer is paired up and down for use. When the iron core is not paired, there will be gaps on the contact surface after installation, which will cause noise when the transformer is in use; Check if the same side P1 and P2 of the upper and lower shells correspond when the open transformer makes a sound during operation. AKH-0.66K open type current transformer, also known as detachable low-voltage current transformer or open type current transformer, is mainly used in 0.66kV and below distribution system renovation projects. It is easy to install, does not require dismantling the busbar once, and can be operated with electricity without affecting the normal power consumption of customers. In practical use, customers always ask why there is a noise when the open type current transformer is running? Taking the Ankerui AKH-0.66 K series open-ended transformer as an example, let me tell you:
1. When the open circuit transformer is in operation, if the wiring of the secondary output lines S1 and S2 is unreliable (i.e. secondary open circuit), it will produce noise. If it runs for a long time, due to the saturation of the magnetic core, a large open circuit voltage will be generated, causing the iron core to heat up until the transformer burns out. Therefore, when the open transformer makes a sound during operation, the first thing to check is whether the wiring of the secondary output lines S1 and S2 of the transformer is firm and reliable.
2.
