Hongjiang Power Plant is equipped with 6 single 45MW bulb tubular units, with a total installed capacity of 270MW. When put into operation, it was a domestic single capacity bulb tubular unit. The factory voltage used in the power plant is 400V, and the original 400V low-voltage circuit breaker cabinet is a low-voltage GCY type combination withdrawable switchgear produced by Henan Xinxiang Yubei Electrical Appliance Factory, which has been in operation for 13 years. With the extension of operating years, equipment continues to age, and in recent years, there have been frequent occurrences of poor contact between circuit breaker connectors and busbars, as well as overheating and deformation of circuit breaker connectors under high loads. Previously, there was no specialized 400V high current circuit breaker temperature measurement equipment in the power plant. The above defects were discovered through manual temperature measurement three times a day. As they were not monitored continuously for 24 hours, the discovery of these defects had a certain lag time. In addition, there are many detection points and complex detection locations, making manual temperature measurement time-consuming and laborious, and even threatening the personal safety of temperature measurement personnel.
In the second half of 2014, Hongjiang Power Plant decided to renovate the 400V low-voltage system used in the utility plant. In order to improve the automation level of equipment, achieve 24-hour uninterrupted online monitoring, automatic alarm, reduce manual temperature measurement workload, and prevent factors such as electric shock safety risks during manual inspection and temperature measurement, a "temperature online monitoring device+wireless temperature measurement technology" is adopted to achieve real-time temperature monitoring of the 400V low-voltage system for factory use.
The wireless temperature measurement system consists of an acquisition layer, a collection layer, and a monitoring layer as a whole.
