　　Precautions for the KLD-220KV rainproof rod of Kolida:

　　(1) Before using the insulated operating rod, the model specifications, manufacturer name, manufacturing date, voltage level, and symbols for live working (double triangle) should be checked for clarity and completeness.

　　(2) The insulated operating rod should be smooth.

　　(3) The insulation part of the insulating operating rod should be free of bubbles, wrinkles, cracks, insulation layer detachment, severe mechanical or electrical burns, and the bonding between the glass fiber cloth and the resin should be intact without glue peeling.

　　(4) The protective cover of the handheld part of the handshake should be tightly connected to the operating rod, without damage, and without relative sliding or rotation.

　　(5) The specifications of the insulated operating rod must comply with the voltage level of the operated equipment and must not be used arbitrarily.

　　(6) Before operation, the surface of the insulated operating rod should be wiped clean with a clean dry cloth to make the surface dry and clean.

　　(7) During operation, the human body should maintain a sufficient safe distance from live equipment.

　　(8) The operator's grip should not exceed the protective ring to maintain effective insulation length, and attention should be paid to preventing the insulated operating rod from being short circuited by the human body or equipment.

　　(9) To prevent large leakage currents caused by moisture and endanger the safety of operators, insulated gloves should be worn when using insulated operating rods to pull and close isolation switches or through transmission mechanisms to pull and close isolation switches and circuit breakers.

　　(10) When operating electrical equipment outdoors on rainy days, the insulation part of the insulated operating rod should have a rain cover, and the upper opening of the cover should be tightly connected to the insulation part without leakage, in order to block the flowing rainwater and prevent it from forming a continuous water column, greatly reducing the wet flashover voltage.

　　(11) When using insulated operating rods to operate outdoor high-voltage equipment on rainy days, insulated boots should be worn.

　　(12) Insulated operating rods should undergo an annual power frequency withstand voltage test, and those that fail are strictly prohibited from use.
