Polyurethane building sealant belongs to the two-component reaction curing type, consisting of two components A and B. Component A is a milky white or light yellow viscous polyurethane prepolymer, while component B is a black paste or liquid formed by dehydrating a mixture of curing agents and additives. After curing, it has a certain degree of elasticity and adhesion (component A: component B=10:0.8-1.2).
