Description :
The roller shaft support consists of a steel pipe support installed (clamped or welded) on the pipe and a roller shaft, roller or ball disc and other components set on the supporting structure to form a heating movable support. It can reduce the frictional force during pipeline expansion and contraction displacement. This article focuses on a unidirectional rolling bearing for a certain project, and tests its rolling friction performance under vertical load, lateral horizontal load, and the combined action of vertical load and lateral horizontal load. Through experimental research, the influence laws of vertical pressure on the bottom roller and lateral horizontal pressure on the rolling friction coefficient of the side roller have been mastered. At the same time, the experimental results also indicate that under the combined action of vertical and horizontal loads, the measured frictional force of the bottom roller and side roller working together is slightly greater than the combined frictional force of the bottom roller and side roller working separately. The research results provide a basis for the design of structures with this type of support form.
