Description :
Basin type rubber bearings have the characteristics of large horizontal displacement, flexible rotation, light weight, compact structure, simple construction, low building height, easy processing and manufacturing, saving steel, and reducing costs. They are ideal bearings suitable for use in large collapse bridges. This series of bearings has a bearing capacity of 31 levels, with a bearing capacity of 0.8MN-60MN, which can meet the needs of large-scale bridge construction.
In this standard series, the horizontal bearing capacity of fixed supports in all directions and the non slip direction of unidirectional movable supports shall not be less than 10% of the vertical bearing capacity of the supports. The horizontal bearing capacity of seismic resistant bearings shall not be less than 20% of the vertical bearing capacity of the bearings. The rotation angle of the support shall not exceed 0.02 rad. After lubricating with 5201 silicone grease, the design friction coefficient of the ambient temperature movable support shall be 0.03
After lubricating with 5201 silicone grease, the friction coefficient of the cold resistant movable support is designed to be 0.06
The bowl type rubber bearing is a further improved and more perfect rubber bearing based on the rubber bearing. Deformation mechanism of bowl type rubber bearings:
(1) Use the rubber block three on the bottom basin to achieve a larger capacity
(2) Use middle lining PTFE plate and top plate stainless steel plate with low friction coefficient and high horizontal displacement;
(3) Use a pot three force elastic rubber block to evenly compress large angles.
