      Installation and usage precautions:

      Before starting, please carefully check whether the electric pump has been deformed or damaged during transportation, storage, and installation, and whether the fasteners have become loose or fallen off. 2. Check if the cable is damaged, broken, etc. If the cable is damaged, it needs to be replaced to avoid leakage.

      3. Check if the power supply device is safe and reliable. The rated voltage must match the nameplate.

      4. Use a megohmmeter to check the insulation resistance of the motor stator winding in cold state, which should not be less than 50M.

      5. It is strictly prohibited to use pump cables as installation and lifting ropes to avoid danger.

      When viewed from the inlet, the rotation direction of the pump is counterclockwise. If reversed, any two wires in the cable must be reversed to the connection position, and the pump can rotate forward.

      7. The pump should be immersed vertically in water and should not be placed horizontally or sink into sludge. When the pump moves, the power must be cut off. After multiple uses of the electric pump, it must be placed in clean water for a few minutes to prevent sediment from remaining in the pump and to keep the electric pump clean.

      When the pump is not used for a long time, the electric pump should be removed from the water to reduce the chance of damping the motor stator winding and increase the service life of the electric pump. Under normal working conditions, the electric pump should be maintained after one year of operation. Replace worn parts, check sealing, and replenish or replace bearing grease and insulation oil in the oil chamber to ensure the electric pump. The effect is very good.
