　　What is ultrasonic welding technology for masks? Ultrasonic welding is a new type of welding method that can be applied to all hot-melt products. 　　Ultrasonic welding machine is a common type of plastic welding. When ultrasonic waves are applied to the contact surface of thermoplastic plastics, they generate tens of thousands of high-frequency vibrations per second. Due to the high acoustic resistance at the interface between the two welds, local high temperatures are generated. The welding strength can be close to the strength of the raw material. The quality of ultrasonic plastic welding for masks depends on three factors: the amplitude of the transducer welding head, the applied pressure, and the welding time. The welding time and welding head pressure can be adjusted, and the amplitude is determined by the transducer and amplitude lever. There is a suitable value for the interaction between these three quantities. When the energy exceeds the suitable value, the melting amount of plastic increases and the welded material is prone to deformation; If the energy is small, it is not easy to weld firmly, and the pressure applied should not be too high. The principle of this pressure is the product of the edge length of the welded part and the pressure per 1mm of the edge. It is achieved by converting the AC (220V 50HZ) power supply into a high-frequency electrical signal through the welding power supply, and then converting it into high-frequency mechanical vibration through the welding transducer. This vibration acts on the plastic product, causing high-speed friction between the two parts of the plastic product and increasing the temperature. When the temperature reaches the melting point of the product itself, the interface of the product quickly melts, and the product cools and solidifies under a certain pressure, thus achieving fusion. It is widely used in the welding field of plastic products, non-woven fabric processing, paper cups and other products.

　　Ultrasonic welding uses high-frequency vibrations of 15kHz-50kHz to melt and weld plastics. The upper and lower components are tightly pressed, and ultrasonic vibration is transmitted to the connection between the upper and lower components, causing alternating stress at the welding ribs, which heats and melts the plastic through friction between molecules. The ultrasound stops, and the upper and lower components continue to be tightly pressed until they are bonded together.

　　Ultrasonic welding is the use of high-frequency vibration waves transmitted to the surfaces of two objects to be welded, and under pressure, the surfaces of the two objects rub against each other to form fusion between molecular layers.
