The spray cleaning and drying line for stainless steel stretching and stamping parts adopts a special chain drive to transport workpieces, and is a novel continuous cleaning equipment with functions such as high-pressure spray cleaning and air cutting. The workpiece is moved onto the transmission chain from the previous process, and the chain plate is designed to be fixed. During operation, the workpiece is cleaned and placed on the conveyor chain, which is then sequentially cleaned and treated with high-pressure spray tanks. The return liquid is purified and reused, and each tank is equipped with a stainless steel mist cover.
