      Characteristics of compressor crankshaft ultrasonic cleaning machine and automotive engine parts cleaning line:

      1. The whole machine is a closed structure, welded with an A3 skeleton structure. The skeleton butt welds are polished flat after welding, with neat interfaces and beautiful production.

      2. All boxes, pipelines, filter housings, pump bodies, and necessary equipment that come into contact with water in the cleaning machine chamber and storage tank are made of thick walled stainless steel materials.

      3. The cavity is made of stainless steel plate, and SUS304 stainless steel plate with a thickness of not less than 2mm is used.

      4. The top of the machine is equipped with a tempered glass maintenance window, which can be opened and closed flexibly and sealed reliably.

      5. The spray cleaning chamber is equipped with a spray pipe, which is fitted with a stainless steel nozzle. The spray pipe and nozzle can be quickly replaced and disassembled, and the liquid flow is fully covered. The cleaning pressure is reasonable and adjustable to ensure cleaning quality.

      6. Equipped with a spray liquid storage tank, made of stainless steel profiles and plates, divided into several areas by partitions to achieve filtration, heating, and oil separation of the cleaning solution. Adopting electric heating method, the storage tank is wrapped with insulation cotton, and the storage tank is equipped with inlet and outlet ports.

      7. The working temperature of the cleaning solution is 60-65 ℃. The heating method adopts electric heating, and stainless steel heating pipes are installed in the storage tank. The corresponding box and pipeline are equipped with insulation measures.

      8. The cleaning solution should be discharged from the drainage outlet at the bottom of the cleaning section, with a reasonable drainage structure and no sediment should accumulate at the bottom of the cleaning section.

      Notes:

      ·When the power is turned on, manufacturers usually indicate what power supply should be used. Typically, ultrasonic control boxes are 220V/50HZ, and heating is usually 380V/50HZ.

      ·Add water to the ultrasonic cleaning machine tank, with a water level not lower than the water level indicated by the manufacturer.

      ·Turn on the power and the ultrasound starts working.
