The cleaning equipment for automotive stamping parts adopts SUS304 stainless steel chain transmission to transport the processed automotive stamping parts. It is a novel continuous cleaning and drying equipment for automotive stamping parts with functions such as ultrasonic cleaning, spray rinsing, water passing, high-pressure fan cutting and blowing water, and hot air circulation drying process. The automotive stamping parts products are manually moved onto the transmission chain, and the chain plate is fixed in design. During operation, the cleaned automotive stamping parts products are placed on the conveyor chain, and are cleaned, watered, and dried through ultrasonic cleaning, spray rinsing, and (spray) water tank in sequence. The return liquid can be recycled after purification treatment, and each tank is equipped with a stainless steel mist cover. 1. Equipment conditions:
