　　A carriage at the front and rear of the sightseeing train should have a position for installing license plates. The fuel consumption and driving range of sightseeing trains should not be less than the design values, and the design values should be indicated in the user manual or accompanying documents. The left and right roll stability angles of the tractor head and passenger compartment of the sightseeing train should not be less than 35 °.
