The intermittent high-speed homogenizer emulsifier has a unique fixed rotor structure, which generates shear force that rapidly reduces droplet size, making emulsification more stable and dispersion more uniform. The high rotational speed and shear rate of the emulsifier are important for obtaining ultrafine suspensions. According to some industry specific requirements, Yiken Company has developed the ERS2000 ultra high speed shear homogenizer on the basis of the ER2000 series. Its shear rate can exceed 100.00rpm, and the rotor speed can reach 40m/s. Within this speed range, turbulence caused by shear forces combined with specially developed motors can be utilized. The shear force is stronger, and the particle size distribution of lotion is narrower. Due to its extremely high energy density, no other auxiliary dispersing equipment is required.
The high shear homogenizer emulsifier has a unique stator rotor structure, which generates shear forces that subject the material to strong mechanical and hydraulic shear, centrifugal extrusion, liquid layer friction, impact tearing, and turbulence in the gap between the stator and rotor, rapidly reducing droplet size, making emulsification more stable, and dispersion more uniform. The high shear dispersing emulsifier installed at the bottom of the container can provide a large processing capacity range inside the kettle and adapt to the dispersion, emulsification, homogenization, mixing, etc. of various materials.
