J-191 room temperature cured epoxy structural adhesive can be used for a long time at -60 ℃~80 ℃, and has a short-term heat resistance of 180 ℃~250 ℃. Product standard CB-SH-0106-2004.
This adhesive is cured at room temperature, resistant to high temperatures, has good toughness, and high strength. It can be used for bonding metal and non-metal materials, such as aluminum alloys, titanium alloys, steel, epoxy phenolic, epoxy polyurethane, polyamide resin based composite materials (glass fiber, organic fiber, and carbon fiber composite materials) for riveting and bonding. It can also be used for repairing gaps, honeycomb structures, etc.
Packaging and storage:
Each component is packaged separately and supplied in quantities of 1kg or more. Adhesives should be sealed and stored in a cool, dark, dry place, away from heat and fire sources. The storage period at room temperature is 6 months. After exceeding the storage period and passing various technical requirements inspections, it can still be used for 3 months
