    Description :

      J-135 room temperature cured high toughness epoxy structural adhesive is produced by the Petrochemical Research Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences. The adhesive has a dual toughening mechanism, that is, the epoxy component is toughened by carboxyl terminated liquid nitrile rubber (CTBN), and the curing agent uses amines with multiple ether bonds in the molecular structure as internal toughening. This adhesive can cure at room temperature and has the characteristic of thick adhesive layer and high strength, that is, the adhesive layer thickness can maintain the shear strength basically unchanged within 0.1-1.6 mm. It has been used for bonding of composite wing structural components of unmanned aerial vehicles, bonding and repair of various composite structural components, and has achieved good results.

      Product Features:

      Purpose:

      The adhesive mask is mainly used for various metal, non-metal, and composite structural components. It is particularly suitable for surfaces that are irregular, uneven, and have large gaps. It has a good bonding effect on surfaces that cannot be pressed during curing, have large gaps, or are irregular. It can be used for a long time at -55~80 ℃.

      Construction technology:

      Mix according to the ratio of A: B=100:23. Apply adhesive on the treated surface and apply contact hardening. The gel can reach high strength in 4-7 days after 6-8 h of channeling temperature.

      Toxicity and Protection:

      Glue dispensing and coating should be carried out in a well ventilated area. If the glue accidentally comes into contact with the skin, use a degreasing hammer ball to wipe off the glue, and then wash the skin with soap and water.

      Packaging and Storage:

      Component A is sealed and packaged in small iron drums, while component B is sealed and packaged in fine mouthed glass bottles. Store in a dark place away from heat and fire sources. The shelf life at room temperature is six months. Transport according to general chemical products.
