J-154 is a medium temperature (120-130 ℃) cured modified epoxy adhesive film, with product standard CB-SH-0077-96, which can be used in the temperature range of -120 ℃ to 100 ℃.
The grid like structure has the process performance of automatic shrinkage and rupture after heating, which has better weight saving effect.
J-154 adhesive film is suitable for structural bonding between non-metallic materials (such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, aramid fiber/resin composite materials, etc.) and honeycomb interlayers (such as aluminum honeycomb, Nomex honeycomb, etc.). This adhesive passed technical appraisal in 2002 and has been successfully used in spacecraft battery array substrates with good application effects.
Transportation and storage: The product is stored in a freezer below -18 ℃. It can be stored for half a month at room temperature and 6 months at -18 ℃. After expiration and passing inspection, it can still be used.
