Blackstone J-189 adhesive meets the product standard: Q/HSY107-2006, used for bonding aircraft windshields, cabin covers, organic glass, and polyester ribbons, with a temperature range of -60 ℃ to 110 ℃.
Packaging and storage: The two components should be packaged separately, and the adhesive should be sealed and stored in a cool, dark, dry place, away from heat and fire sources. The storage period at room temperature is 6 months.
Usage process:
⑴ Mix the adhesive according to the ratio of A: B: C=1:1:1, stir thoroughly until it becomes a paste.
⑵ Apply glue on the treated dry and clean bonding surface. Apply adhesive twice with a 20 minute interval between each coat of polyester tape, apply adhesive once with organic glass, let it sit for 20 minutes, close the adhesive surface, apply appropriate pressure, and cure at room temperature for 96 hours to achieve standard strength.
