Description :
J-133B room temperature cured high-strength structural adhesive is a paste adhesive product developed by the Petrochemical Research Institute of Heilongjiang Academy of Sciences. Its main grades are J-133B and J-133BII, mainly used for bonding metals, stones, and other materials. The main components of this series of adhesives are epoxy resin, rubber toughening agent, and amine curing agent.
The technical indicators are as follows:
Curing conditions: room temperature for 5 days or 70 ℃/2h
Storage period: 12 months
Shear strength: 30Mpa (23 ℃), 15Mpa (80 ℃)
Peel strength: ≥ 40N/cm (board), ≥ 30N/cm (board/core)
This series of adhesives has high bonding strength and peel toughness, excellent water resistance and durability, and good curing process with materials such as aluminum alloy and stone. J-133B-II has suitable thixotropy and is suitable for bonding honeycomb cores.
The product is easy to construct and suitable for industrial bonding of metal, stone, composite laminates, and honeycomb sandwich structures.
