J-294 was approved by COMAC PCD on August 22, 2022 and is a domestically approved adhesive product by COMAC PCD.
J-294 room temperature cured high T peel epoxy adhesive is a two-component epoxy resin adhesive with room temperature curing, high peel strength, and high shear strength. It has excellent resistance to moisture, heat, and salt spray aging. This product is suitable for bonding various metal and non-metal materials such as aluminum alloys and composite materials, with high bonding strength and excellent durability.

(1) Pot life (min), ≥ 30;
(2) Overlapping shear strength (MPa, 23 ℃), ≥ 27.6;
(3) T-shaped peel strength (N/mm), ≥ 6.1;
(4) Curing conditions: 66 ℃/130min or 25 ℃/72h;
J-294 adhesive is mainly used for general bonding and composite material structural repair systems of large passenger aircraft. Suitable for temporary repair in the field, used for repairing parts that require high shear strength and low-temperature mechanical properties.
