1. Surface treatment: Phosphoric acid anodization is preferred for aluminum alloys, followed by chemical oxidation. Phosphoric acid anodization shall be carried out in accordance with the HB/Z197 "Specification for Phosphoric Acid Anodizing Process of Structural Adhesive Aluminum Alloy".
2. Spray primer: According to design requirements or usage process instructions, spray J-117 corrosion inhibitor primer within 8 hours of surface treatment. After drying, the thickness of the base adhesive should be controlled at 5-10um. The surface to be adhered after spraying the base adhesive can be coated with J-116 adhesive film while it is hot, or stored at room temperature without pollution, but the effective storage period should not exceed 30 days.
3. Curing: J-117 corrosion inhibitor base adhesive does not require separate heating curing and can be cured together with the J-116 adhesive film used in conjunction. The curing conditions are a temperature of 175 ° C ± 5 ° C, a time of 3 hours, and a pressure of 0.3 MPa.
