    Description :

      SY-D4 corrosion inhibiting adhesive has a curing temperature of 178 ℃ and a curing time of 2 hours. It can be used for a long time at a temperature of -55-175 ℃ and is compatible with SY-14C adhesive film. It has good corrosion resistance.

      The SY-14C/SY-D4 adhesive system consists of SY-14C adhesive and SY-D4 corrosion inhibiting primer, which meets the requirements of GJB980/3-1990 "Detailed Specification for High Durability Epoxy Based Adhesive Film Used at 175 ℃".

      Q/6S1111-1997 "SY-14C Adhesive", Q/6S1112-1997 (SY-D4 Corrosion Inhibiting Primer ", the main performance indicators are required in the parameter list. The adhesive is aluminum clad alloy LY12CZ, with a surface treated with phosphoric acid anodization.

      [Usage Process]

      (1) Pre assembly: Pre assembly is required before surface treatment of the bonded parts, with a fitting gap generally not exceeding 0.2mm. The fitting gap between the panel and the honeycomb core is 0~0.05mmo

      (2) Surface treatment: Phosphoric acid anodization is preferred for aluminum alloys, followed by chemical oxidation and chromic acid anodization. Phosphoric acid anodization shall be carried out in accordance with HB/Z197-91 "Specification for Phosphoric Acid Anodizing Process of Structural Adhesive Aluminum Alloy". The surface treatment methods for other metal and non-metal materials shall be selected through testing according to the usage requirements.

      (3) Spray primer: According to the design requirements and usage process manual, within 8 hours after surface treatment, spray SY-D4 corrosion inhibiting primer with a thickness of 2 μ m? 8μm, Drying at 110 ℃± 10 ℃ for 40-60mino can also be done without applying primer, and the adhesive film can be directly pasted.

      (4) Adhesive film: Cut the adhesive film according to the size of the adhered object; Apply the adhesive film onto the object preheated to 60-70 ℃ to avoid trapping bubbles. Bake at 100 ℃± 10 ℃ for 0.5-1.0 hours.

      (5) Curing: The curing conditions are a temperature of 178 ℃± 3 ℃, a time of 2.0 ± 0.5h, and a pressure of 0.10~0.30MPa. When bonding non porous honeycomb structures, segmented pressure curing should be carried out, and curing under vacuum conditions should be avoided. After the insulation is completed, the temperature should be lowered to below 80 ℃ before the pressure can be relieved and the parts can be removed.
