Mobilgrease 33 uses 100% poly alpha olefin base oil and good additives to ensure excellent lubrication performance over a wide temperature range and operating conditions. Mobil 33 aviation lubricating greaseFeatures and advantages:The lithium composite thickener system has excellent structural stability and washability. Mobilgrease 33 uses poly alpha olefin based oil because it has excellent heat resistance/oxidation resistance, low volatility, and good low-temperature performance, while ester based oil is not easily degraded by water reaction. The synthesized poly (alpha olefin) base oil has excellent low-temperature mobility/pumpability and very low starting and operating torque values. In addition, compared to aviation lubricants that meet MIL-PRF-23827 specifications, the additive system in Mobilgrease 33 provides excellent rust and wear protection as well as load-bearing capacity. Mobil 33 aviation lubricating greaseApplication fields: Mobilgrease 33 is a true multi-purpose aviation lubricant suitable for use in the operating temperature range below -100oF to 250oF (-73oC to 121oC) for high load anti friction bearings, gears and actuators, instruments, high-speed bearings (although not recommended for hub bearings), and general fuselage lubrication. It can be used in all applications of MIL PRF-23827, Type I (grease, aircraft and instruments, gears and actuator screws, thickened with metal soap), BMS 3-33B (grease) for aircraft manufacturers, and Airbus AIMS09-06-002/SAE AMS3052 (grease, universal, fuselage, low temperature range, lithium thickening). These specifications of Mobilgrease 33 are listed in the qualified product lists of Airbus and the United States. The NATO designation for mobilization grease 33 is G-354.
