      3、 Introduction and Composition:

      4. The main body of the pump station consists of components such as the wellbore, submersible sewage pump, coupling device, pipeline, valve, liquid level sensor, control system, grille, and natural ventilation system.

      (1) Determine the excavation and support construction plan for the pump station foundation pit based on the actual on-site conditions;

      (2) Excavation and support of foundation pits should be determined based on the soil conditions on site and in accordance with relevant construction standards;

      (3) Sufficient support measures must be taken on the inner side of the foundation pit in accordance with relevant construction specifications to prevent collapse;

      (4) During excavation and support of the foundation pit, submersible pumps should be installed inside the pit to pump out accumulated water or groundwater;

      (5) After the excavation and support of the foundation pit are completed, a cushion layer with a thickness of about 100mm should be poured at the bottom of the pit using C30 concrete;

      (6) After the cushion layer is completed, pour the foundation of the pump station on top of the cushion layer. The specific dimensions and reinforcement requirements of the foundation are shown in the concrete foundation drawing;

      (7) The installation of the pump station tank can only be carried out when the strength of the foundation reaches 70%;

      (9) After the installation of the tank is completed, it is necessary to pour concrete into the filling holes on the bottom of the tank and the metal pressure blocks on the foundation to provide protection;

      (11) Backfilling of foundation pit: Under normal circumstances, the soil used during excavation is used for backfilling of foundation pit, but the soil cannot contain hard objects such as stones and bricks with a diameter greater than 30mm. Suggest using a mixture of yellow sand and fine stones for backfilling;

      (12) During the backfilling process, attention should be paid to evenly backfilling around the foundation pit to prevent excessive soil on one side from causing the tank to tilt;

      (13) When backfilling at a height of 500mm, a compactor is required to compact it, with a compaction degree of 90%;

      (14) When the backfill reaches a height of about 300mm above the ground, pour concrete with a thickness of about 300mm on the surface of the backfill soil to achieve a protective effect;

      (15) The above construction requires corresponding safety protection measures to be taken.
