The prefabricated cylinder is vertically buried underground and can greatly resist tearing, corrosion, and other destructive forces. Due to the high integration of the pump station, the civil engineering of the pump body is 1/10 of that of traditional concrete structures, and the total cost is only 1/3 of that of traditional concrete structures; Adopting intelligent fully automatic control, the water discharge is efficiently and automatically adjusted according to the storage capacity, without the need for manual duty operation; The prefabricated cylinder adopts a sealing device and is buried deep underground as a whole, without any odor overflowing. Therefore, the construction method of using buried integrated prefabricated pump stations has undergone significant innovation compared to traditional concrete pump construction methods. Before installing the integrated sewage pump station, a foundation pit excavation and support plan must be prepared in advance. The geological conditions must meet the installation requirements of the integrated prefabricated pump station, and the site must have the necessary tools, equipment, and power supply for installation
Excavation plan for pump pit: Excavate according to the design requirements, and pay close attention to the safety of the foundation pit during excavation. The bottom of the pit must be free of accumulated water. If there is water, drainage measures should be taken, and appropriate foundation pit maintenance plans should be adopted to prevent collapse. The bottom of the pit needs to be dug flat and compacted.
Usually, the development of excavation plans requires the appointment of structural engineers.
Cement foundation scheme: The cement foundation must be constructed according to the requirements of the drawings, and the cement floor plane must be horizontal.
The bottom of the pit and the concrete substrate should be flat (with a horizontal accuracy of 1/100 Ω and no accumulated water). If necessary, lay a layer of gravel layer and compact it with a compactor. The compaction test results show that the compaction degree reaches 90%, and the foundation bearing capacity is greater than 180kpa. If the foundation bearing capacity requirements cannot be met, such as in geological conditions such as quicksand, silt, or springs, corresponding foundation treatment measures must be taken to achieve the necessary foundation bearing capacity before installation. Concrete installation foundation is prefabricated construction, or directly poured at the bottom of the pit or directly poured on the compacted layer. The contact surface between the substrate and the bottom of the pump station needs to be roughened. For prefabricated cement substrates, the lifting substrate must be accurately positioned. After placing the cement substrate at the bottom of the pit, the levelness must be measured, and the construction accuracy should not exceed 1cm per meter to meet the installation requirements.
