Integrated sewage pumping stationNew material: The pump station cylinder structure is made of fiber wrapped fiberglass (GRP), which is fully automated and continuously wound to ensure uniform thickness and achieve the designed stiffness, with stable and excellent quality. The integrated pump station provides complete sets of water pumps, pipelines, valves, instruments, control equipment, and other accessories required by users, and they are installed and tested before leaving the factory. It is a new type of integrated pump station equipment that is easy to use, reliable in quality, requires less civil engineering work, and has lower costs. Its significant feature is volume optimization.
Integrated pumping stationIt can be installed outdoors or built into a maintenance room, and can be equipped with lifting devices for easy installation and maintenance of water pumps and grilles. According to the installation method and user requirements, we have designed a standard vertical pump station. The single cylinder of the sewage pump station can reach 30000m3/d, and the single cylinder of the rainwater (reclaimed water, river water) pump station can reach 50000m3/d. Multiple cylinders can be combined for larger flow rates. The integrated pump station is equipped with an internal maintenance platform and a ground control cabinet, which are pre installed and tested in the factory. The on-site installation is convenient, the time is short, and the system is reliable. The integrated pump station control cabinet can be placed on the top cover or on the ground, or in the equipment room. It can be installed outdoors or built into a maintenance room, and can be equipped with lifting devices for easy installation and maintenance of water pumps and grilles.
Integrated sewage pumping stationTo replace the old concrete water tank with a new product. Previously, concrete sewage tanks occupied a large area, caused heavy pollution, had a long construction period, and were costly. To build a sewage discharge station, one or several large concrete water tanks were required, as well as equipment rooms, pump rooms, and environmental protection greening.
