    Underground fire pump stationIntegrated non floating pump station: 1. According to the design requirements of the water tank specifications and models, prefabricated water tank molded block boards are used in the factory. First, the lines are drawn, and the boards are sent to a shearing machine to be cut into 106 × 106cm blocks After cutting the plates, cut four more corners, each corner cut into 90. The corners are then sent to a hydraulic press for molding into concave convex plates of 100 × 100cm and 50 × 50cm, with a 90 fold flange on each plate.

      2. After the materials enter the site, the molded plates are first assembled and combined, using bolts and sealing rings to seal and connect the plates. The bolts are tightened according to the size of the water tank length, width, and height. The molded plates are combined together to form several large plate surfaces of the water tank or the pressure blocks are divided into several pieces according to the length, width, or height of the water tank and connected by bolts. The subsequent layers are bolted to the top of the water tank, and the operation is determined according to the construction site. 3. After assembling and combining several large board surfaces, preparations should be made for the assembly and connection of the bottom of the box. When connecting the water tank bottom plate with bolts, the size of the water tank bottom plate should be checked first, and then the bottom plate should be laid on the water tank foundation for sealing connection. After the bottom plate is connected, the sealing area should be inspected with fire oil or visual inspection to prevent weak sealing and other phenomena.

    Underground fire pump stationAfter connecting the bottom plate of the integrated non floating pump station, the wall panel and bottom plate are connected. The bolt connection is to first code one side at a time on the bottom plate of the water tank. After the four walls are coded, adjust the connection by pressing the edges. The relative angle of the re measurement is generally not more than 2mm, and it is required to be in a straight line. The four corners require a 90 degree connection between the bottom and the wall. After the bottom of the water tank and the wall are sealed and connected with bolts and sealing rings, the top and wall are connected, and the edges are required to be basically on the same horizontal line. The manhole of the water tank is connected to the position according to customer requirements, usually located near the floating ball of the inlet hole. After the water tank body is connected and sealed, then open the inlet, outlet, overflow, sewage, fire hole, and install the rear escalator near the manhole. The internal reinforcement of the integrated non floating pump station box is made of stainless steel plate, which is folded into 90 degrees by a folding machine. Right angle angle steel and channel steel are connected inside the water tank, mainly to strengthen and prevent deformation of the water tank. The channel steel reinforcement is used to weld the support between the bottom and top of the water tank. The reinforcement connection is a layer from the bottom up 50cm, with a vertical and horizontal spacing of 1m × 1m between the first layer, 50cm between the second layer and the first layer, and so on in terms of height and spacing. Wall to wall, wall to floor, and wall to ceiling connections are made with angle steel. After the completion of all work, if the site has the conditions for water testing, the water tank shall be filled with water for pressure testing, and the sealing around the water tank shall be checked for any leakage or seepage. After off-site cleaning and acceptance by the owner's responsible person and supervisor, the water tank will be delivered for use.
