Underground fire pump stationThe sheet is made of food grade resin, which is subjected to high temperature, high pressure, and mechanical pressing. In terms of manufacturing process, the method of machine pressing is adopted. The buried fire pump station has excellent physical properties, with higher specific strength than steel, cast iron, and plastic. Its thermal conductivity coefficient is only 0.5 of steel, making it a good insulation experience for heat and electricity. The fiberglass buried water tank has great design flexibility, excellent wall structure performance, and a product working temperature between -50 and 200 ℃. It also has the characteristics of light weight, high strength, anti-seepage, insulation, non toxicity, and smooth surface. In the buried fire pump station, equipment and materials such as box control cabinets and fire vertical pumps are placed. Our control cabinet strictly complies with the requirements of the GB50974-2014 standard and is equipped with dual power supplies. It has functions such as operation monitoring, inspection status, human-machine interface dialogue window, fault memory and output, and data export. The model of the fire vertical pump is determined based on the design flow rate and required fire water supply pressure of the fire water supply system in the engineering project. The water pump should be one in use and one as backup, and the pressure at zero flow should not exceed 140% of the system design pressure; When the system flow rate is 150% of the rated flow rate of the water pump, the pressure should not be lower than 65% of the rated pressure.
