    Description :

Underground fire pump stationHas a certain seismic resistance effect.

The underground fire pump station is a renovated underground water tank, with a very clever design that is very suitable for various fire pump station projects today. Its entire design greatly saves space for customers. The anti floating buried box pump integrated fire pump station is mainly composed of a fire water pool, a fire pump room, a fire booster water supply equipment system, and a sewage system.

The buried integrated fire pump station is assembled according to the requirements of the atlas, using hot-dip galvanized screws and water-resistant rubber strips. After the water tank is assembled and formed, the installation of tie bars and top columns is carried out. The hot-dip galvanized tensioning is used for the reinforcement, and it is installed horizontally and vertically at a distance of 1 meter. The top pillar is sealed with 4 hot-dip galvanized pipes evenly distributed per square meter.

According to the installation of the pump room and the screws on the outside of the pump room, the pump room is stabilized with I-beams. After installation, it is checked and accepted to ensure that there are no omissions in the fastening.

Underground integrated fire pump stations must undergo seismic design for integrated pump stations located in areas with seismic fortification intensity of 6 degrees or above. The integrated pump station set up in areas with seismic fortification intensity of 8 degrees or above should be fixed with limiters around the box body, and the foundation piers should be fixed with steel bars and structural bottom plates or floor slabs, and should comply with the relevant provisions of the current national standard "Code for Seismic Design of Building Mechanical and Electrical Engineering" GB50981.

      1. The water tank is a prefabricated composite water tank, and the structure inside the water tank is made of Φ 48 hot-dip galvanized steel pipes without welding connections horizontally and vertically, with a pipe wall thickness of not less than 3mm. The pump room is supported by a bolted assembly hot-dip galvanized portal steel frame structure, and the welded parts of the structural load-bearing components must be treated with hot-dip galvanizing for corrosion prevention.

      2. A pull rod should be installed inside the fire water tank, and the part of the pull rod that comes into contact with water should be made of stainless steel material. The size specifications of the pull rod should be determined through strength calculation. The pull rod and the box plate should be connected by threads, and the seal between the box plates should not be damaged. The bolts and nuts should be designed to match. The exposed threads inside the water tank should be treated with silicone sleeves for corrosion and waterproofing.

      3. When installing maintenance stairs in pump rooms without floating pump stations, stainless steel or hot-dip galvanized steel corner stairs should be installed. The height of each staircase should not exceed 2.5m, the width of the stairs should not be less than 0.8m, the width of the stair steps should not be less than 0.26m, and the height of the steps should not be greater than 0.25m.

      4. The foundation of the buried integrated fire pump station should be poured with anti-seepage concrete with a strength grade of not less than C30 and an anti-seepage grade of not less than P6, and the cushion layer should be poured with concrete with a strength grade of C15. The entire processing equipment is equipped with an automatic control unit and a fault alarm device, ensuring safe and reliable operation. Generally, there is no need for dedicated personnel to manage it, and only timely maintenance and upkeep of the equipment are required, resulting in low management costs.
