However, this traditional approach has many problems.
1. Pollution of the natural environment. When sewage infiltrates, it corrodes soil layers and pollutes nearby land and water layers;
2. Affects the living environment. It is difficult to achieve good sealing in general water collection pits, which can cause odors to overflow and affect the surrounding environment;
3. Threatening personal safety. When the sewage pump is left in the sump for a long time, a series of problems such as corrosion and rust will occur, and harmful gases will also be produced in the sump, endangering the safety and health of maintenance personnel.
4. Large space occupation and high construction cost. Sumps are often used for water storage, and their volume is relatively large, occupying a lot of space and incurring high construction costs.
