Prefabricated pump stationThe inner lining layer includes a sub inner layer and an inner surface layer, with a total thickness of not less than 2mm, of which the inner surface layer thickness is not less than 0.3mm. The small thickness of the pipe wall should not be less than the nominal thickness specified in the approved drawings and technical documents according to the prescribed procedures. Integrated rainwater prefabricated pump station: The lower part of the base should have a concrete bottom plate with anti floating properties. The design dimensions of the concrete bottom plate should be determined based on anti floating calculations. The multi well pump station and the front and rear structures of the pump station should use the same bottom plate. The cement strength grade of the concrete bottom plate should not be less than C40, the steel bar diameter should not be less than 10mm, and the thickness should not be less than 250mm. The concrete bottom plate should be pre embedded with anchor bolts for fixing the prefabricated pump station after hoisting into the pit. The concrete bottom plate can be prefabricated or directly poured into the foundation pit. Integrated rainwater prefabricated pump station: The installation of fixed liquid level controllers and hanging cables should avoid entanglement or end at the entrance of the pump station, and the controller should avoid interference from obstacles. The setting of start stop liquid level requires one submersible pump to be set at 2 liquid levels, and two submersible pumps must be set at least 3 liquid levels.
