Mixing: Pump the diluted juice, dissolved and filtered sugar solution, and dissolved and filtered excipients into the mixing tank, mix them evenly, and adjust the volume. Bottle cleaning is often combined with filling and sealing to form a "three in one" filling machine. 9. Filling and sealing: There are mainly two ways of filling: sterile cold filling and sterile hot filling. To ensure quality, sterile hot filling is often used for juice beverage filling, which requires that the temperature during filling should not be lower than 90 ℃, and the temperature inside the bottle after filling should not be lower than 85 ℃.
