      Soda water belongs to carbonated beverages, which are beverages made by injecting carbon dioxide gas into purified drinking water and adding sweeteners and flavors. Sodium bicarbonate is what we call baking soda, with the molecular formula NaHCO3.

      The equipment used for manufacturing soda water generally consists of many devices, such as water treatment equipment, bottle washing machines, filling machines, sealing machines, sterilization equipment, CIP on-site cleaning machines, filtration equipment, packaging equipment, and so on.

      The isobaric filling machine generally maintains a certain filling pressure in the storage box. When the container to be filled enters the filling machine, the container is first inflated. The gas can be compressed air or carbon dioxide gas, with carbon dioxide gas being the best. When the pressure inside the container is consistent with the pressure in the storage box, it is filled through the opened filling valve with the weight of the liquid. During the filling process, the gas inside the container should be smoothly exported and returned to the storage box or gas chamber. At present, in the filling of soda, champagne, and beer, isobaric filling is mostly used, and the process is as follows:

      1. At the initial position, the bottle has not yet touched the filling valve, and all gas and liquid channels are closed.

      2. The inflation pressure bottle and the filling valve cover rise together to the predetermined position. At this point, the rotary shift fork opens the inflation valve, and the pressure gas enters the bottle through the inflation channel from the annular storage cylinder.

      3. When the pressure inside the bottle reaches the pressure of the storage cylinder, the liquid valve automatically opens, and the liquid must flow down the bottle wall through the diversion umbrella. At the same time, the pressure gas displaced inside the bottle returns to the liquid injection cylinder through the return pipe. When the liquid level in the bottle reaches the lower port of the return pipe, the liquid injection is completed.

      4. The rotary shift fork closes the pressure gas valve and liquid valve when the valve is closed.

      5. The top carbon dioxide valve is opened, and carbon dioxide or other inert gases are filled into the bottle through the annular groove, driving away the air at the bottleneck.

      6. The pressure release valve opens, and the pressure in the bottle escapes through the needle valve in the pressure release channel to the annular groove.
