　　1. Working process:

　　This machine is developed by Zhangjiagang Junke Machinery Co., Ltd. based on the digestion and absorption of domestic and foreign (excluding steam) cans filling and sealing machines (sealing machines). Using the principle of atmospheric pressure filling, when the empty can enters the lifting tray through the dial wheel, the filling valve and the empty can are aligned, the empty can rises and seals, and the valve port of the filling valve is automatically opened. When the filling liquid level blocks the return air pipe of the valve, the filling is stopped. The filled can is sent to the sealing machine head through a hook chain, and the lid is sent to the can mouth through a lid feeder and a pressure head. When the can support mechanism is raised, the pressure head presses the can mouth tightly, and the sealing wheel pre seals and then seals it. After the can is sealed, it is pushed out by the head of the capping mechanism and then enters the can delivery.

　　The can filling machine adopts PLC, frequency converter, and human-machine interface control system.It has control technologies such as variable frequency speed regulation, automatic filling with cans, and no filling without cans. Through various sensors on the device, accurate production speed and quantity can be displayed on the touch screen. The production speed can be set on the touch screen according to user requirements. 　　Hot filling should have the following functions:

　　Bottle mouth filling and conveying. When heat-resistant PET bottles are filled at high temperatures, the biaxially stretched PET will shrink when heated, with a shrinkage rate of generally 1% to 3%. However, the strength of the bottleneck area requires the use of a reasonable positioning method for the bottle neck during filling to avoid deformation of the bottle body due to external forces. At the same time, the fully filled beverage is conveyed through the bottle mouth, which can prevent the bottle body from being affected by vibration and the overflow of squeezed materials.

　　Full mouth filling. At present, there are two commonly used filling methods for hot filling machines in China. One is similar to the models of TECH-ITAL and PROCO MAC companies in Italy, where the inlet and reflux channels of the filling valve are opened and closed step by step; Another type is similar to models from Taiwanese companies, where the inlet and return channels of the filling valve are opened and closed synchronously. On the basis of fully digesting and absorbing foreign technologies, we have developed and designed a hot filling machine filling valve by drawing on the strengths of others. There are two material filling ports for the filling valve, located at the bottom of the valve core, so that the head of the valve core occupies very little space at the bottle mouth. During filling, the filling valve is inserted into the interior of the bottle mouth. When filling is about to end, due to the step-by-step and sequential closure of the inlet and reflux channels of the filling valve, the volume occupied by the valve is replenished by the beverage in the reflux channel. This way, the entire bottle can be filled with beverage, that is, full mouth filling. Similarly, our filling valve requires adjusting the sealing gasket to achieve liquid level filling.
