1) High voltage line insulators

② High voltage line suspension insulators: including disc-shaped suspension porcelain insulators, disc-shaped suspension glass insulators, porcelain rod insulators, and ground wire insulators.
High voltage line disc-shaped suspension porcelain insulators are divided into two types: ordinary type and pollution resistant type. Used for high voltage and ultra-high voltage transmission lines, to suspend or tension wires and insulate them from tower poles. Suspension insulators have high mechanical and electrical strength, and can be applied to various voltage levels and strength requirements through different string combinations, making them the most widely used. The regular type is suitable for& divide; General industrial area. Compared with ordinary insulators, pollution resistant insulators have a larger creepage distance and a shape that is easy to clean in wind and rain, making them suitable for coastal areas, metallurgical powder, chemical pollution, and areas with severe industrial pollution. 2) Low voltage line insulators
① Pin type, butterfly type, and shaft type porcelain insulators for low-voltage lines: Pin type porcelain insulators for low-voltage lines are used for insulation and fixing wires in overhead power lines below 1kV. Butterfly porcelain insulators are used as insulation and fixed conductors on the terminals, tension and corner poles of low-voltage power supply and distribution lines. Transportation precautions:
(1) Composite insulators should have good moisture-proof, anti vibration, anti rust, anti-theft and other protective measures to ensure the safe delivery of composite insulators to the site without damage due to the above reasons.
(2) Composite insulators with voltage levels of 330kV and above should be packaged in appropriately sized, rainproof, and rodent proof cylinders, and the end caps at both ends should be firm and reliable.
(3) The packaging of composite insulators should have sufficient strength to withstand handling during transportation, on-site storage, and installation.
(4) Suitable buffering measures should be installed inside the packaging tube to prevent damage or deformation during transportation and handling. All these materials should have chemical stability and waterproofness, and should not adhere to composite insulators or corrode them during outdoor storage.
(5) To ensure the safe arrival of goods at their destination, all packaging boxes should have correct, clear, and secure markings.
