The special flange for digital anti vibration vortex flowmeter cannot be welded with a sensor when welding to the straight pipe section. During installation, the flow direction indicator of the sensor should be consistent with the fluid flow direction inside the pipeline.
Before installing the sensor, a sealing ring must be placed in the flange groove. The positions of pressure and temperature measurement points are as follows: the pressure measurement point is located 3-5 DN downstream of the sensor, and the temperature measurement point is located 5-8 DN downstream.
