　　Fluorocarbon topcoat is a commonly used coating in the field of heavy anti-corrosion. To achieve long-term anti-corrosion (using for more than 20 years), a matching coating system must be used. Using only fluorocarbon paint alone cannot achieve the desired effect. Fluorocarbon paint is mainly used in conjunction with two-component primer and intermediate paint for application in heavy anti-corrosion fields. In addition to using a reasonable matching coating system, it is also necessary to achieve the specified film thickness according to construction requirements.

　　Surface treatment of steel structure: The surface needs to be sandblasted to meet the Sa2.5 standard, with a surface roughness of 40-70 μ m, and to remove impurities such as oil stains.

　　Concrete surface treatment: Sandblasting treatment is carried out on the surface to remove loose parts, fill putty in concave and uneven areas, remove oil stains, and the curing period of newly built concrete should be at least 28 days.

　　Primer coating

　　The steel structure uses epoxy zinc rich primer (primer selected according to specific requirements), sprayed with 70-80 μ m to provide cathodic protection and anti-corrosion for the substrate.

　　The concrete surface should be filled with putty and coated with 25-40 microns of epoxy sealing primer. The coating should not be too thick.

　　Intermediate paint coating

　　The intermediate paint can be applied after the primer has dried, and can be selected from epoxy mica iron intermediate paint, epoxy thick paste paint, epoxy intermediate paint, etc

　　Topcoat coating

　　After the intermediate paint is dry, apply 2 coats of fluorocarbon topcoat with a recommended film thickness of 60-80 μ m. The paint film surface should be defect free and smooth.
