　　1、 Fat injection

　　1. Select the connecting nut for the grease gun head (two types of nuts ① M20 × 1.5 ② 1 ″ -14 teeth are provided in front of the grease gun barrel). If the connecting thread on the valve or pipeline is M20 × 1.5, place the M20 × 1.5 nut at the front, otherwise it is a 1 ″ -14 tooth nut.

　　2. Unscrew the screw caps on both ends of the grease gun barrel (note: one end has a male connector behind the screw cap, and the other end has a grease cone rod and two types of nuts, M20 × 1.5 and 1 ″ -14 teeth, in front of the screw cap).

　　3. Put the sealing grease or butter that needs to be injected into the grease gun barrel and compact it.

　　4. First, tighten the screw cap on one end of the grease gun barrel that has just been sealed with grease or butter (with a grease cone rod and nut at the front end), and tighten the screw cap on the other end with a male joint.

　　5. Tighten the grease gun head in front of the grease gun barrel to the connection port on the valve or pipeline.

　　6. Connect the quick male connector at the back of the grease injection gun barrel to the quick female connector in front of the SDB-1/3 ultra-high pressure manual pump oil pipe.

　　7. Tighten the unloading handwheel and pressure handle on the manual pump until sealing grease or butter is injected.

　　8. If you need to continue adding sealing grease or butter, release the manual pump unloading valve to allow the hydraulic oil in the grease cylinder to return to the manual pump oil tank.

　　9. Loosen the screw caps on both ends of the grease gun barrel, add sealing grease or butter, then screw on the screw cap with the grease nut first, and screw on the screw cap with the male connector on the other end.

　　10. Repeat the previous steps 5, 6, and 7.

　　11. If multiple times are required, repeat the above actions.

　　12. If the length of the grease injection oil pipe is not enough, you can use one of the oil pipes equipped in the box (unscrew the grease injection gun head in front of the grease injection gun barrel, screw it into the internal thread of one end of the oil pipe, and screw the other end of the oil pipe into the original position of the grease injection gun head in the gun barrel, ensuring that it is tightened without leakage).

　　2、 Pressure test

　　After the injection of sealing grease or butter is completed, refill the gun barrel with the injected material (sealing grease or butter) and continue to press it. Check whether the pressure index displayed on the pressure gauge installed on the manual pump meets the requirements. If not, continue to press the handle until the pointer reaches the required pressure.

　　IIIAfter the grease injection pressure test is completed, carefully disassemble and assemble the equipment, wipe it clean, and then pack it in a stainless steel packaging box.
