　　1、 Fat injection

　　1. Select the connecting nut for the grease gun head (two types of nuts ① M20 × 1.5 ② 1 ″ -14 teeth are provided in front of the grease gun barrel). If the connecting thread on the valve or pipeline is M20 × 1.5, place the M20 × 1.5 nut at the front, otherwise it is a 1 ″ -14 tooth nut.

　　2. Unscrew the screw cap at the front end of the grease injection gun barrel (note: the front end of the screw cap is equipped with two types of nuts, M20 × 1.5 and 1 ″ -14 teeth).

　　3. Put the sealing grease or butter that needs to be injected into the grease gun barrel and compact it.

　　4. Tighten the cap of the grease gun barrel.

　　5. Tighten the grease gun head in front of the grease gun barrel to the connection port on the valve or pipeline.

　　6. Connect the quick male connector at the back of the grease gun barrel to the quick female connector in front of the DBD0.7 electric pump oil pipe.

　　7. Close the unloading valve handle on the electric pump, start the motor, and operate the electric pump until the sealing grease or butter is injected. Then turn off the motor and release the unloading handle.

　　8. If multiple times are required, repeat the above actions.

　　9. If the length of the grease injection oil pipe is not enough, you can use one of the oil pipes equipped in the box (unscrew the grease injection gun head in front of the grease injection gun barrel, screw it into the internal thread of one end of the oil pipe, and screw the other end of the oil pipe into the original position of the grease injection gun head in the gun barrel, ensuring that it is tightened without leakage).

　　2、 Pressure test

　　After the injection of sealing grease or butter is completed, refill the gun barrel with the injected material (sealing grease or butter) and continue to press it. Check whether the pressure index displayed on the pressure gauge installed on the electric pump meets the requirements. If not, continue to let the electric pump work until the pointer reaches the required pressure.
