(1) The relative humidity of the air in the construction area should be maintained between 30% and 80%;
(2) The surface temperature of the base layer in the construction area should be at least 3 ℃ higher than the dew point temperature of the air;
(3) The ambient temperature in the construction area shall not be lower than 5 ℃ and not higher than 30 ℃.

(1) The compressive strength of the concrete at the base level should be above 25MPa, and the bonding strength of the concrete should not be less than 1.5MPa;
(2) The moisture content of the grassroots should be controlled below 10%;
(3) The flatness of the base layer should be controlled within 3-5mm/2m;
(4) Check whether there is grease pollution and loose concrete hollowing at the grassroots level. Otherwise, it is necessary to first remove the grease pollution and ground hollowing areas and repair and strengthen the ground;
(5) Check and confirm that the base concrete is equipped with a moisture-proof layer to avoid the risk of floor bulging and delamination.

(1) BGN polyurethane mortar flooring has high requirements for ground roughness and must undergo surface shot blasting treatment to increase the bonding strength between the flooring and the base layer;
(2) Base (concrete) slotting treatment: Use a slotting cutting machine to cut slots along the solid wall and column edges, 10-15cm away from the edges, with a slot width and depth of twice the design thickness, and a slot density of 4m~6m; If it is a narrow corridor, it is recommended to cut separation joints at intervals of about 15 meters according to the same standard as above. Use BGN MF to repair the pits. Fine polishing of local areas and overall vacuuming.
(3) Primer construction:
① Ingredients: Pour components A, B, and D into the ingredient bucket in sequence, stir at low speed for a total of 30-60 seconds, and then add component C and stir for 120-180 seconds (extend the mixing time appropriately according to the construction environment temperature). Place the empty bucket neatly for calculating the amount of material used.
② Material delivery: Quickly prepare the materials with a cart and deliver them to the construction area. After pouring them onto the ground as soon as possible, use tools to evenly spread the materials.
③ Trowel coating: Construction personnel should use a trowel or toothed rake to scrape the material evenly as soon as possible, minimize the number of back and forth movements of the trowel, and pay attention to controlling the time interval.
④ Defoamer: After the material is evenly scraped and applied, the defoamer should immediately remove the foam once.
(4) Bottom coat polishing and repair: After the bottom coat is cured, carefully check for any bubbling, peeling, or other phenomena. Minor bubbles can be polished, while peeling and large bubbles need to be cut and repaired with ingredients. If the peeling part is caused by a smooth base surface, it needs to be carefully polished again, or even cut and sewn. Check if there are any unfilled areas in the primer at the anchor groove and the original induced joint on the ground, and repair them with ingredients. Uneven dispersion of materials can also cause bubbling and peeling. If component C gets damp, it will produce particles, which need to be filtered with a 20 mesh filter. After filtration, experiments are required before large-scale construction can be carried out.
(5) Surface coating construction: It is recommended to use a toothed rake as a surface coating construction tool to achieve good flatness. After scraping evenly, defoaming treatment should be carried out immediately. The other mixing processes are consistent with the primer construction.
