　　1. Environmental requirements for the construction of epoxy resin flooring:

　　A、 Base moisture content: Non aqueous epoxy flooring cannot be constructed when it is above 6%;

　　B、 Air humidity: Construction should be stopped when it exceeds 85%;

　　C、 Construction temperature: If it is below 5 ℃, a special formula should be used.

　　2. Maintenance and upkeep of epoxy resin flooring: Epoxy resin flooring is a high-value, high-quality, and high demand product that requires careful maintenance and upkeep. Proper use can keep the floor as new and extend its service life. The measures are as follows:

　　① All personnel entering the workshop need to change their shoes (to avoid bringing external mud and sand into the workshop and scratching the ground);

　　② All hardware must be wrapped in soft plastic or rubber to prevent scratching the ground during use;

　　③ Dragging the pallet requires fully lifting it off the ground, and special attention should be paid to the corners of the pallet when turning to avoid scratching the ground;

　　④ When cleaning the floor, a soft mop or a dual-purpose vacuum cleaner should be used. Water or cleaning agents can be used for cleaning, but attention should be paid to the slippery surface of the floor;

　　⑤ If wear or scratches occur due to prolonged use, small areas can be repaired locally. If the area is large, it is recommended to roll or trowel again.

　　⑥ Please use hard or elastic rubber wheels for the wheels of carts and flatbed trucks, and use them separately inside and outside the factory.
