Description :
In response to the strict requirements of GMP standards for high cleanliness in general floor coatings, the company's R&D center has developed a self leveling epoxy topcoat, which is formulated with 100% solid content special epoxy resin as the base material. It has excellent characteristics such as green environmental protection, high glossiness, one-time film thickness, and strong and wear-resistant paint film. It is an ideal floor coating system for electronic and pharmaceutical factories with high cleanliness requirements.

3. After curing, polish the defects such as knife marks and clean them thoroughly.
0.7kg/m2/mm Putty layer 1. Use solvent-free epoxy intermediate coating: Mix the main paint and curing agent in proportion, add an appropriate amount of filler (such as quartz powder, talc powder), and stir evenly; 2. Use a knife to mark 1-2 times, with a focus on filling in any potholes or defects on the ground;
3. After curing, polish the defects such as knife marks and clean them thoroughly with a vacuum cleaner, chicken hair conditioner, wrung out wet towel, etc.
0.2-0.30 kg/m2 Closed layer 1. Use solvent-free epoxy topcoat, mix in proportion and stir evenly; 2. Use a batch knife for closed leveling.
0.1-0.20 kg/m2 topcoat 1. Use solvent-free epoxy self leveling paint, mix the main paint and curing agent in proportion, and stir evenly; 2. Use a prepared trowel for self leveling or spray with an airless sprayer.
