Modern factories have very high requirements for flooring: for example, choosing ordinary cement flooring, the dust generated during work is not only harmful to the health of employees, but also causes damage to precision instruments and even affects product quality levels. Therefore, almost all modern factories will choose different floor coating systems to adapt to their different environmental needs.

Process Name Specific methods and requirements Recommended dosage Bottom coat 1. Mix solvent based epoxy single component primer or solvent-free epoxy primer (main paint: curing agent=5:1) and stir evenly; 2. Use a roller and brush to evenly apply without any omissions.
0.15-0.2Kg/m2 Putty layer 1. Mix solvent based epoxy paint (1:1) or solvent-free epoxy paint (5:1) in proportion and add an appropriate amount of filler (such as quartz powder, talc powder) to stir evenly; 2. Use a knife to mark 1-2 times, with a focus on filling in any potholes or defects on the ground;
3. After curing, polish the defects such as knife marks and clean them with a vacuum cleaner, chicken feather duster, wrung out wet towel, etc.
0.30 kg/m2 topcoat 1. Mix solvent based epoxy topcoat (1:1) or solvent-free epoxy topcoat (5:1) in proportion and stir evenly; 2. Dip the prepared roller into the topcoat and apply it evenly by rolling. The coating should be uniform without any omissions, and roll it twice.
0.25-0.30 kg/m2 wear-resistant layer 1. This process can be selected and used according to the user's needs; 2 . After 12-24 hours of completion of construction, that is, after curing until there are no footprints left by pedestrians, apply a layer of epoxy floor wear-resistant layer topcoat by rolling, which can greatly improve the smoothness and durability of the floor.
