Description :

　　Self leveling colored sand flooring, developed and designed by Guangzhou Naidi Coating Co., Ltd., is an improved and upgraded version of traditional colored sand flooring. It is a high-end clean flooring with good decoration and high aesthetics. Compared to traditional colored sand flooring, the "Naidis" self leveling colored sand flooring has undergone revolutionary adjustments in product characteristics and construction processes. The entire process is transparent and simple, effectively avoiding problems such as insufficient grouting and peeling. In terms of floor wear resistance, Shore hardness, flatness, and aesthetics, it has reached a higher level.

Scope of Application

　　In industries such as electronic communication, cigarette factories, food factories, medical and health care, petrochemicals, textiles, furniture, and cultural and sports products, it is necessary to have places that are wear-resistant, pressure resistant, impact resistant, and have no connecting seams on the ground and are highly clean.

Performance Characteristics

　　◇ Colors can be freely adjusted and combined, with rich colors, good decorative effects, beautiful and generous appearance, noble and meaningful;

　　◇ Highly clean, flat without any connecting seams;

　　◇ Homogeneous and transparent, resistant to scratching, slipping, heavy pressure, wear, impact, acid and alkali, and can inhibit the production of mold and bacteria. It has good resistance to moisture, salt spray, oil and organic solvents;

　　◇ Simple construction, similar to ordinary epoxy self leveling flat, can be formed in one construction;

　　Large polishing machines are only used during the base treatment stage, making construction simple;

Base requirements

　　In order to achieve ideal decorative and usage effects for self leveling sand coating, it is required to conduct an overall inspection of the base surface and comprehensively treat phenomena such as peeling, cracking, rough surface, looseness, and hollowing, in order to achieve a basic level, dry, and clean working surface.

Use a flat knife to scrape twice (with an interval of about 8 hours between each time).	0.9kg/m2
Closed layer	1. Mix the main material of epoxy topcoat (color paint yellow bucket) evenly; 　　2. Add the curing agent (curing agent blue bucket) into the paint bucket (in a ratio of 5:1), add an appropriate amount of quartz powder, and stir thoroughly until it becomes putty like; 　　3. Use a flat knife to scrape once (with an interval of about 8 hours between each scraping).	0.1kg/m2
topcoat	1. Mix the main material of epoxy topcoat (color paint yellow bucket) evenly; 　　2. Add the curing agent (curing agent blue bucket) into the paint bucket (in a ratio of 6.5:1), stir thoroughly and evenly; 　　3. Use a trowel to evenly scrape once (with an interval of about 8 hours between each time).
