Description :
Working principle of airborne temporary support device
Structure: Composed of top beam frame, connector, main frame, oil cylinder, plug-in bidirectional lock, high-pressure oil pipeline, diversion and collection valve, two position three-way valve, control and operation valve, etc.
Principle: During operation, the pump station of the tunneling machine is used to supply oil. The oil is then passed through a two-way three-way valve, an overflow valve, and an operating valve. The flow is then diverted by a diversion valve and enters a two-way lock. The two-way lock opens and enters the oil cylinder. The main frame opens and rises, and the top frame opens and rises until the desired height is reached, at which point the angle stops.
Scope of application of airborne temporary support device
Suitable for rectangular, inclined roof, trapezoidal, and arched tunnels with a height of 2.5-4.5 meters.
